A Note onHow We Work

A colophon is the note at the back of a book that records how it was made. We run this catalogue in the same spirit: each service says what it includes, and each order is scoped before a designer starts.

Our Imprint

One Desk for Every Order

colophonrow.com handles each order itself. Our team reads the brief, sets the price, chooses the designer and deals with any problem in the result, so questions about cost, timing or quality go to one support address instead of a stranger.

A Short Catalogue

We would rather list fewer services and describe each one plainly: what it delivers, a price range in EUR and, on some listings, the file formats and included revisions.

Formats and Usage

Where a listing names file types, the delivery follows them; if you need a particular format, say so in the brief. Usage rights, including those for third-party fonts or images, follow the Terms and Conditions.

The Scope

Visual design only, from the mark to the banner

The catalogue covers static visual work only: marks and identity systems, type and icon packs, illustration and stock image bundles, infographics, web banners, website UI/UX design and thumbnails. Video, animation and audio sit outside it. The narrow remit is intentional. It lets our team judge every brief, every application from a designer and every quote against one consistent standard.

What You Can Rely On

Approved Accounts Only

Every designer here was accepted on the strength of a CV and a portfolio, and only accounts our team approves can receive orders. The designer on your order is someone whose portfolio we have read, not an unknown bidder.

A Quote You Can Decline

Before any design work begins, each order gets a price that sits within the range on its listing, plus a due date. You see both in your account and can accept the quote or decline the order.

Revisions in the Listing

The logo listings state their revision allowance: Custom Logo Design allows 3 rounds on the chosen direction and Basic Logo Design allows 2. For any other service, settle the revisions you expect with support before you accept the quote.

One Address for Support

Questions about an order reach the same team that priced it and assigned the designer, so the person answering already has your brief, your quote and the delivered files in front of them.
