Our team reads the request and replies with a quote: the service, one price from within the range on the listing, and a due date. Once you accept that quote, payment details are shared with the confirmed order; after it is paid a reviewed designer is assigned, and the finished files are posted to that order for you to download.

What does the price range on a service mean?

After reading your brief, our team fixes one price inside that range according to what the brief asks for, and shows it on the order next to the due date. Prices are held in EUR. Switching currency in the header converts the figures for reference only; the order itself stays in EUR.

What revisions come with a service?

Read the listing. On Custom Logo Design you get up to 3 revision rounds on the chosen direction; on Basic Logo Design the allowance is 2. Where a listing names no revisions, agree any you expect with our support team before you accept the quote. A revision refines the agreed work. A different direction or extra deliverables is a change of scope and is quoted on its own.

Who can use the files I receive?

Copyright and design rights in work created specifically for your order are assigned to you after full payment, as the Terms and Conditions set out. Licensed fonts, stock images and similar third-party material are not assigned; their own licence lets you use the finished design for the purpose agreed. Editable source files come with an order only if the order confirmation includes them.

What if the delivered files do not match the order?

Send a message from the Contact Us page with the order number. We compare the delivery with the confirmed scope and agree a remedy with you, such as a correction, an included revision or, where the Terms and Conditions provide for one, a refund.

Can I join as a designer?

Yes, if your work fits the catalogue. On the For Partners page, choose Apply as a designer, create a freelancer account, then add a CV with portfolio links. Our team compares the application with the categories we list and sends an email once the account is active. Orders assigned to you then show up in the dashboard.

How are designers paid?

Each order you deliver adds the amount shown on it to your balance, and that amount is fixed before the order reaches you. Withdrawals are requested from the dashboard, where the payout form lists the methods currently available to your account.

What kind of work does the catalogue cover?

Static visual design only: logos and identity kits, typography and icon packs, illustration and stock image bundles, infographics, web banners, website UI/UX design, and podcast or YouTube thumbnails. Anything outside that list is declined, including video, animation and audio, and so is any brief that would break the law or copy someone else's work.
